Priority Support is a service we are introducing along with the launch of our new website pattestkit.co.uk.
PAT Testing Solutions can have many components, with the Test Unit itself being the most obvious. More complete solutions may comprise of Data Management and Reporting Software, such as SimplyPats, Barcode Scanners, Bluetooth Label Printers or even an App for your iOS or Android Device.
If you purchase a complete PAT Testing Kit from us, we will aim to reward you with Priority telephone and email support during our normal office hours.
Equipment can fail or experience problems from time to time, and if you have purchased it from us we should be your first line of contact, even after the guarantee period has ended. If we can’t sort it out, we have a good relationship and direct line of communication with all of the manufacturers that we deal with, and know exactly who to contact should there be any issues with any of their products.
Users of our SimplyPats software have always enjoyed great support which has generally been offered free of charge for the current supported version. This will continue regardless of where you have purchased it from, provided it was purchased new (un-registered) and from one of our recognised distributors.
Apps developed by us (SimplyPats), such as the free KEWPAT App for iOS and Android are only officially supported by us on a “Development Basis”, however if you are using the App with hardware or software purchased from us, we will be more than happy to offer Priority Support for the App and equipment purchased.
